Refund Policy

This policy applies to registrations, sponsorships, donations, and other purchases made through the Victor Green Foundation website.

Event Registrations

Event registrations are generally non-refundable once confirmed because event planning, venue commitments, and participant arrangements may be based on completed registrations. If an event is cancelled by the Victor Green Foundation, the Foundation will provide information about available refund, credit, or rescheduling options.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Where practical, the Foundation may allow a registration to be transferred to another attendee, subject to event rules and deadlines.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship purchases are generally non-refundable once sponsorship benefits, recognition, advertising, production, signage, guest allocations, or other sponsor deliverables have begun. If an event is cancelled or materially changed, the Foundation will work with the sponsor regarding available options based on the circumstances and any benefits already provided.

Donations

Donations are generally final. If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated, or processed for an incorrect amount, contact us promptly so the transaction can be reviewed. Any refund will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable payment-processing requirements.

Merchandise or Physical Goods

If physical merchandise is offered through the website, defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items should be reported promptly after delivery. Eligibility for replacement or refund will depend on the condition of the item and the circumstances of the order. Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution and may take several business days after a refund is issued.
