OUR STORY

A Stronger Tomorrow Starts with Belief in Today.

The Victor Green Foundation’s work began in 1995 in Victor Green’s hometown of Americus, Georgia, in partnership with Professional Partners for Youth Development. From the beginning, the goal was clear: help young people recognize the opportunities within their reach and give them the guidance and support to pursue them.

Today, the Foundation’s reach includes Atlanta and communities beyond. Our staff, mentors, and volunteers use their time and talents to help youth build confidence, leadership, healthy habits, and a positive image that can shape their future.

Our programs are designed around educational, cultural, economic, recreational, social, and spiritual development—reducing negative influences while amplifying the positive forces that help young people thrive.
